Job Vacancy: Warehouse Administrator – Widnes

Pay: £13.20 per hour
TEMP TO PERM
Monday to Friday 11am-8pm or 12pm - 9pm
Location: Widnes
Time: 11am-8pm or 12pm - 9pm
Training will be given and will involve you being in the warehouse for large amounts of time in the day for the first few days. You will be shown how to perform certain tasks and jobs within the warehouse for you to get a better feel for what you will be administrating and coordinating long term.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling daily goods-in and goods-out in company calendar
* Managing workflow for the warehouse team through the WMS system
* Gaining a thorough understanding of the role, expectation and accuracy required by the client’s needs of moving stock in and out.
* Managing the accuracy and speed of all jobs in and out of the warehouse
* Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records
* Communicating with the customer via email and phone.
* Continuing good relationships with the client and managing expectations
* Supporting the warehouse supervisor with general admin and reporting data to the customer
Requirements:
* Previous Warehouse admin or Goods in /goods out admin experience required
* Any experience in a busy distribution or pallet track network environment would be an advantage.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment where stock in and out are reliant on accuracy and speed.
