Working alongside your team members and partners, you will execute marketing automation processes that will support our objectives, to:
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from beginning to end
* Ensure quality control for CRM campaigns and make sure they are delivered on time
* Standardize acquisition processes throughout brands and regions
* Maintain, improve, and monitor the lead management system
* Help align internal and external teams on priorities and roadmap
* A/B Testing global campaigns
* Qualify leads and manage opportunities to ensure conversion
* Responsible for day-to-day operations of the CRM tools
* Ensure deliverability and monitor IP reputation

* Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
* Bachelors in marketing or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or e-commerce
* Experience in marketing automation (email, SMS, or other channels)
* Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution (or other ESP) required
* Accustomed to HTML and JavaScript
* Fluent in written and spoken English, French is an asset
* Knowledge of the following tools is an asset: Power BI, GA, AA, Jira, SalesForce, Asana, Validity
* Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices
* Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
* Good communicator
* Great problem-solving skills and creativity
* Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
* Ability to prioritize work and do multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines
* Ability to lead medium-scale projects
