The Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Modivis' B2B recruitment services and project consulting solutions. This is a high-impact role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
You will work closely with our leadership team to shape the sales strategy, manage the pipeline, and deliver on revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and engage potential clients across the recruitment and consulting sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
* Present Modivis' services clearly and persuasively to new and existing clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
* Track performance against sales KPIs and provide accurate reporting to leadership.
* Represent Modivis at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within recruitment, consulting, or professional services.
* Strong business development skills with experience building a client base from the ground up.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
* Target-driven and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a results-focused environment.
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: £33,000 (pro-rata, £19,800 actual for 3 days per week).
* On Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 (inclusive of commission and performance bonuses).
* Commission Structure:
* 5% commission on net fees, increasing to 15% once revenue target is achieved.
* Flat bonus per quarter when sales KPIs are met.
* 2.5% sales team commission as the business grows.
