Beacon Hill Academy are seeking an exceptional Vice Principal (Teaching and Learning). As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the Principal and Central Trust Team to provide strategic vision and professional leadership, driving whole-school improvement. You will line manage a number of departments and ensure that all subjects enable learners to thrive in both their attainment and achievement.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record as an experienced Assistant Headteacher (or equivalent senior leadership role).
* Demonstrable experience of leading Teaching and Learning across an entire school, not just within a department or key stage.
* Evidence of successful impact in raising standards and improving outcomes at whole-school level.
* A deep knowledge of the principles and practices of effective Teaching and Learning and school improvement strategies.
* The ability to inspire, challenge and support staff to deliver consistently high-quality teaching and CPD.
* A clear alignment with our vision and commitment to improving educational outcomes across the Trust.
