Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for patient-focused Advisors/Call Handlers to support our busy National Team, based at our Head Office in Great Park (NE13 9BA). You will work on a hybrid basis.
This role is permanent and full time (37.5 hours per week) and is ideal for recent psychology graduates with admin experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage all calls and referrals into the service, assisting clients with a range of mental health conditions.
* Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring that relevant information is provided promptly.
* Ensure that patients receive a positive, high‑quality, seamless experience throughout their journey.
* Manage patient journeys efficiently, smoothly and in accordance with targets and agreed timescales.
Person Specification
* Excellent communication skills; caring, empathetic and able to provide guidance calmly over the phone.
* Resilient and resourceful, able to handle distressing or emergency calls.
* Strong customer service skills and confident telephone manner.
* Inspirational team player who works collaboratively.
* Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office.
* Fast, accurate typing skills and a good standard of education.
* Ability to deliver required performance targets.
