We are looking for a Barista to join our team and Ballucci - Hounslow. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly and focused individual who has a real passion for serving great coffee, along with delivering outstanding customer service. We provide full barista training to all of our staff, so experience in coffee is not required. In our stores, we pride ourselves on creating a relaxing, positive and friendly atmosphere and ambience for our customers, to make them feel at ease and to encourage them to visit again.
The job role:
* The role is available for our Hounslow Store.
* We are looking for fully flexible individuals who could work a variety of shifts throughout the week - we are open 7 days per week, and our shifts range from starting at 7am to finishing at 6:30 pm. We expect all candidates to be open to working any shifts within these hours. Shifts can be anywhere from 5 to 6 hours long.
* The role will require all prospective candidates to be able to work any day of the week.
* All of our staff are trained in every area of the operation, from making our sandwiches in the morning, making coffees or serving at the till, to opening and closing the shop.
About you:
* You should have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
* You must be able to commute to one or both of our locations easily - TW7 4BX (Isleworth) and TW3 1BH (Hounslow)
* You should thrive in team-based activities and in group settings (most of your time here will be spent in a team of people)
* You must be flexible with your availability - we are looking for staff who can work at any time within our operating hours, including weekends
* If you have experience in customer-facing environments, this would be ideal.
