We are looking for a high-performing Sales/Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the property management and housing association sector within a Microsoft-aligned business applications ecosystem. This is a senior commercial role focused on driving net new business, expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive net new sales across Housing Associations and Property Management organisations
* Own and grow existing strategic accounts, ensuring long-term value creation
* Convert a strong, multi-million-pound pipeline of existing opportunities
* Build new opportunities through:
* Framework agreements and public sector procurement portals
* Industry networking, events, and partner ecosystems
* Lead complex sales cycles from qualification through to close
* Collaborate closely with enterprise stakeholders, including Microsoft field sellers
* Shape and position AI-led transformation programmes aligned to customer priorities
What you need:
* Proven success as a Business Development Manager / Enterprise Sales professional
* Strong experience selling Microsoft or comparable cloud solutions
* Deep sector knowledge in housing associations, property management, or public sector
* Strong track record of hunting new business and closing large deals
* Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes
* Strong network and credibility within the sector
* Ability to engage senior decision-makers and procurement teams
* Value-based, consultative sales approach
