Choi Wan has landed at House of Social Food Hall, Manchester’s hottest new food hall. This kitchen is all about serving up next-level Cantonese-inspired street food — with deep roots and big flavours to back it up. Delivering bold, vibrant pan-Asian dishes rooted in Cantonese tradition with a street-food twist. We're looking for an experienced Asian Cuisine Chef with a deep appreciation for flavour, precision, and speed.

* Execute the daily prep and service of the Choi Wan menu.
* Uphold exacting standards in seasoning, presentation, and cooking techniques – every dish should be both comforting and exciting.
* Maintain consistency and pace during busy service periods in a high-volume environment.
* Follow established prep lists and recipes while contributing suggestions to improve efficiency and quality.
* Ensure rigorous hygiene and food safety standards at all times (including allergen procedures and COSHH compliance).
* Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to manage stock levels and prep planning in line with footfall and event expectations.
* Assist in onboarding and supporting Junior Chefs and Kitchen Porters with clear instruction and standards.
* Be a proud representative of Choi Wan's ethos: soulful food, executed with purpose and care.
