The Role
In this versatile role, you’ll handle a broad spectrum of vehicle repairs across paint, panel, and MET disciplines. Working with everything from conventional to electric and hybrid vehicles, you’ll help ensure every job meets the highest standards — including BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer specifications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
14. Completing full paint processes including prep, masking, colour mixing, spraying, and finishing
15. Performing light MET and panel repairs, including stripping and refitting components
16. Diagnosing damage accurately and planning effective, high-quality repairs
17. Supporting team members across departments and helping maintain workshop flow
18. Adhering to health & safety standards and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace
What We’re Looking For:
19. Solid experience across paint, panel, and MET within the accident repair sector
20. Practical knowledge of working with electric and hybrid vehicles
21. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship
22. A reliable team player with the confidence to work independently when needed
23. Willingness to be flexible and support different areas of the workshop
24. ATA or NVQ qualifications preferred — support for renewal is available
