Role ResponsibilityData Analysis and Interpretation: Work in collaboration with senior analysts to analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights relevant to business objectivesReporting and visualisation: Support the development of clear, accurate and impactful reports and visualisations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. Work with senior analysts to ensure that reports and dashboards are insightful and align with business objectivesCollaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues across the business and technical teams to understand their data requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical counterpartsData Quality and Governance: Assist in maintaining high data quality and integrity of data used for analysis. Follow data governance best practices and work with IT and data teams to help resolve data quality issuesAgile ways of working: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups and adapt to changing prioritiesContinuous improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Bring the most relevant ones back to SAGA and find ways to implement them to unlock business valueThe Ideal CandidateOur growing data team is looking to appoint 2 enthusiastic data analysts at Grad level, who are keen to immerse their selves into every touch point of the Saga journey for all our customers and then translate this data back into meaningful actions for our stakeholders.
