With 30 years in business and a business portfolio consisting of executive leadership development, board advisory, business mentoring, property investing, mergers and acquisitions, public speaking, and podcasting. Due to the increased level of new business, our client is now looking for a high energy, experienced Social Media Manager to exponentially grow her personal and business brands Brave Bold Brilliant as she scales up and continues to grow her diversified business portfolio. What we need from you to apply: Proven experience managing and growing social media channels for brands or businesses A strong understanding of all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) and how to tailor content for each Creative flair with the ability to produce engaging, on-brand, and disruptive content that drives attention and interaction Confident in analysing metrics, tracking KPIs, and using insights to continually improve performance Up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail Experience managing social media campaigns that deliver measurable growth and results Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once A genuine passion for social media, creativity, and making brands stand out What the role involves: You will develop and lead Brave Bold Brilliant social media strategy and tactics, current and evolving working with the companies Brand and Marketing Agency to create impact in a cohesive way. Duties include but are not limited to: Grow reach, followers, subscribers, like, members on existing & new platforms Increase brand visibility and customer engagement Build strong & growing online communities Create engaging, disruptive content Achieve high and consistent marketing, sales & growth targets Test then jump on new platforms as they grow Continual engagement with the communities, PMs, platforms Analyse data & KPIs for continual improvement Generate increased revenue & celebrity for the brands Salary: £30,652 per year pro rata for part time, working on a self-employed contract.
