A payment of £1,000 will be paid to the successful candidate if they have applied directly to the School for this role (paid in three instalments at the end of each term during the first year).
We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Design & Technology. Primary responsibilities include teaching Product Design & Engineering at KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 A level Product Design. Experience in teaching other D&T subjects such as Hospitality, Catering & Textiles at KS3 is also desirable. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of these subjects.
You will work with and be supported by a team of experienced, successful, and dedicated staff passionate about their subjects. The Faculty boasts modern, well-resourced teaching environments, with recent expansion enhancing its success. Hospitality, Catering & Textiles are supported by knowledgeable technicians. The position is suitable for an experienced practitioner or an ECT; part-time applications are welcome.
