Salary: £33,054 per annum + monthly attendance bonus

At Hightown, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, which provides accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.
About the Scheme
Our team delivers trauma-informed, person-centred support, helping the people we support access the services they need - from securing move‑on accommodation and claiming benefits, to accessing counselling and specialist support for substance misuse.

What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and support a dedicated team
* Oversee the delivery of high‑quality support and advice
* Ensure individuals can access and maintain safe, secure housing
* Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and inclusion
What We Are Looking For
* Knowledge of homelessness legislation, housing law, and the Equalities Act
* Understanding of the complex challenges faced by homeless individuals
* Experience working in homelessness services
* Proven leadership and supervisory experience
* Strong IT and administrative skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
