As a dedicated and personable Day Concierge, you wil bring a professional and welcoming presence to the front of house. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will act as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, ensuring a smooth and secure daily operation within the building or estate.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience within residential buildings
* Strong understanding of working in high-end residential buildings
* A confident, composed presence with outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of Central London
* Impeccable spoken and written English; other languages an advantage
* Ability to lead in high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently overnight
