Hours : Mon - Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary : to £27,500 per annum
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Travel: This role will involve occasional travel to other depots, such as Edinburgh and Ayr, approximately once per month.

We're looking for a Dealer Administrator to join our team at our Carlisle depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation, a great eye for detail, and a friendly, positive attitude.
What you will do
As a Dealer Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our busy workshop and dealership operations. Your daily tasks will be varied, and you'll be the go-to person for a range of admin support duties including:
* Processing and managing vehicle and service documentation
* Inputting payroll information, reconciling petty cash and general banking duties
* Supporting service advisors and workshop managers with admin tasks
* Updating and maintaining records accurately on our systems
* Communicating with internal teams and external customers with professionalism and care
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
* Supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly day-to-day
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital systems
* A positive, proactive approach to work ready to help and make improvements where possible
* A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved
