This is an exciting chance to serve as a crucial link between our clients and Cooper Parry. From initial client onboarding to ongoing administrative support and beyond, you will play a fundamental role in our clients' experience with CP. You will: Line management of up to 4 direct reports, taking a leading role in their development and CP journey, in line with the CP policies and procedures Working collaboratively with the Subject Matter Experts to cascade improvements in ways of working as well as monitoring any training gaps Taking a proactive approach in arranging team building, quarterly update sessions and training across the Business Enablement Team Contributing to, and assisting in, the management of the Business Enablement Team vision and strategy Populating and reviewing the team strengths matrix, ensuring that each team member’s development plans and one pagers reflect a strengths-based approach Manage our client onboarding process in collaboration with our Partners, Managers, and Risk & Compliance Team Coordinate the setup of client delivery software for both new and existing clients, ensuring our teams are ready to deliver from day one Arrange milestone meetings within the client lifecycle Work collaboratively with our Resourcing Team to assist in resource allocation, budget creation, and team scheduling Maintain schedules for Manager to Partner reviews Monitor engagement progress, identify potential issues or delays, and liaise with Resourcing and Manager teams to resolve resource constraints Coordinate the signing and submission of key deliverables Support with monitoring finance exceptions, working closely with our Finance Team and Managers to resolve issues We are looking for someone who is personable, organised, and energetic team player. You’ll be fantastic with people and have a real knack for guiding, coaching and nurturing people in the team.
