A growing and well-established drainage and environmental services company in the Burton upon Trent area is looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive new business and manage key customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients, and building long-term partnerships. The Role Youll be responsible for winning new business while also managing and growing existing accounts across commercial, industrial, and property sectors. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where youll build your own pipeline and directly impact the companys growth. What Youll Be Doing Generating new business opportunities across your territory Managing and developing existing customer accounts Building relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and commercial clients Meeting clients face-to-face and understanding their needs Preparing quotes and following up on opportunities Identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts Working closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery About You Experience in field sales, business development, or account management Confident in winning new business and building relationships Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Full UK driving licence What Youll Get £38,000 basic salary OTE £45,000 with uncapped commission Company vehicle Freedom to manage your own territory and accounts Real opportunity to grow with a successful, expanding business Interested?
