Race Mechanic - Motorsport Mechanic Apprentice
TFH Racing in our debut season conquered the Trans Am Championship and we’re just getting started. As we expand our team, we’re looking for a high-performance Race Car Mechanic to help keep our TA2, Trans Am, Aussie Racing Cars, RX8s, and Hyundai Excels at the front of the grid.

Responsibilities:
1. Building, prepping, and maintaining race-winning machines
2. Diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues under race conditions
3. Trackside support at race events across Australia
4. Working with drivers and engineers to optimize performance
5. Keeping our workshop and race cars in top-tier condition
Minimum Requirements:
1. A motivated Light Vehicle Mechanic Apprentice (second year and up preferred)
2. Motorsport experience or a passion for racing and the drive to chase championships (TA2, Trans Am, or similar preferred)
3. Strong knowledge of race car setup, engines, suspension, and transmissions
4. Ability to work fast, accurately, and under pressure
5. A passion for racing and the drive to chase championships
6. Willingness to travel and work weekends during race season
7. Trade qualifications in mechanics or motorsport engineering (preferred but not essential)
