Job Description
A design-led business bridging workplace and product design is seeking a Head of Operations to drive structure, performance and scalable growth, partnering with leadership to bring strategy into execution.
Position
This is a senior, business-critical role focused on bringing structure, visibility and operational efficiency across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will oversee internal processes, reporting and performance tracking, ensuring the business operates effectively and is set up for scalable growth.
You will take ownership of CRM systems, reporting frameworks and KPI tracking, improving data visibility and enabling stronger commercial decision-making. The role also involves identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable processes and strengthening cross-team collaboration, while acting as a right-hand to the CEO to translate strategy into structured execution.
Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience in operations, commercial performance or business management roles, with a strong focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making.
* Proven experience in operations or commercial performance roles
* Strong CRM and reporting experience (Zoho or similar)
* Experience improving processes and scaling operations within a growing business
* Confident working closely with senior leadership
* Collaborative, proactive and able to drive accountability across teams
