Local council authority are looking for a Housing Administration Officer to join them on a temporary basis.
Working in Loughborough, you will be required to complete a variety of administration and customer service duties. As follows:-
Duties:-
* Provide complete administration duties across the housing section of the council.
* Deal with any enquiries, internally or from customers.
* Update and maintain data on internal systems and complete spreadsheets.
* Support team meetings.
* Dealing with any complaints and enquiries.
* Process housing related Grants including preparation of general correspondence.
* Progress Grants related invoices.
* Monitor and progress Grant repayments and Land Charge data.
* Assist with the preparation of formal statutory notices and licences.
* Any other related administration duties.
Experience and qualifications:-
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* Significant experience of clerical and office administration duties.
* Experience working with internal systems.
* Experience working in customer focused environment.
