Site Manager Job Description
### Overview
Your new role will involve overseeing site workings, controlling budgets, forecasting, and programming, as well as overseeing subcontractors and client demands. This is a key leadership position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with professionals on site and clients directly.
### Responsibilities
* Oversee site operations, including managing budgets, forecasting, and programming* Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations* Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
### Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a degree in Civil or Construction Management* Minimum of 2 years' management experience* Ability to travel on a weekly basis, with sites based across the UK and Ireland* Ambitious individual with a real interest in developing their career* Can-do attitude and commitment to obtaining results
