Who we are
At Off to Work, we supply many of London’s most prestigious 5-star hotels with outstanding Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting, Bar, and culinary teams. Housekeeping however has recently become a power house off the back of securing a major contract to supply housekeeping teams across three luxury properties… and we’re looking for the right person to make this new stream thrive.
The role:
We’re looking for a natural leader from an operational housekeeping background who’s ready to move into the fast-paced world of agency staffing. You’ll take ownership of our new housekeeping recruitment and deployment — from building the talent pool and managing logistics to strengthening client relationships and winning new business.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Recruiting, training, and developing top-tier housekeeping teams for luxury hotels.
2. Managing the scheduling, deployment, and quality control of staff.
3. Building strong relationships with our existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
4. Using your industry connections to open doors and grow our portfolio.
5. Acting as the go-to expert for all things housekeeping within our business.
We’re looking for someone who:
6. Has experience as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in luxury hotels.
7. Knows what “five-star standards” really mean and can recruit to that level.
8. Has industry contacts and the confidence to turn them into clients.
9. Is quick-thinking, highly organised, and a great communicator.
10. Wants a career change that keeps you in the industry you love — without being tied to daily operations.
