Housing and Technical Resources require a Customer Liaison Assistant to join their team, involving travelling throughout South Lanarkshire and handling projects such as central heating and kitchen installations.
You will contribute to the delivery of the Council’s Home+ by acting as the primary link with residents, construction teams, social work departments, and external agencies during the installation process.
Essential skills include customer service experience, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and relevant IT skills. All tasks must be performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a busy team.
The successful applicant must have the ability to travel throughout South Lanarkshire.
