We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our international marketing and communications team on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you'll take ownership of our global website, ensuring it delivers engaging, user-friendly, and on-brand content that connects with our customers worldwide. Alongside website management, you'll also support digital campaigns, content creation, and brand storytelling that strengthens our online presence.
This is a varied, hands-on role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across regions, contribute to global projects, and make a real impact on the customer experience.
What You'll Do
* Manage and maintain the company's global website, ensuring content is accurate, optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve usability, SEO, and customer journey.
* Develop and update engaging digital content, including landing pages, blogs, and case studies.
* Monitor and report on website performance, using analytics to drive improvements.
* Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across web, social, and other digital channels.
* Create and edit visual and video content to support online activity.
* Provide brand and digital guidance to colleagues across different regions.
* Collaborate on global and local marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in managing websites and digital platforms (CMS experience essential).
* Confident with SEO, analytics, and best practices for optimising web content.
* A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.

* Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Essential
* Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, or related subject
* Knowledge and experience in digital marketing (3+ years)
* Experience of website content administration
* Experience of Google Analytics
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint with basic Excel skills
* Design experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong administration and organisation skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Team player with a positive attitude to new tasks and experiences
