We’re working with a global media and entertainment business at the forefront of digital content and platforms, currently looking to appoint a Finance Director to lead its Forecasting & Planning function.
This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for building and evolving a global forecasting centre of excellence across digital and physical revenues. Sitting at the intersection of finance, data, and commercial strategy, you’ll drive forecasting capability through advanced analytics and machine learning, while partnering closely with commercial and marketing teams to influence pricing, go-to-market strategy, and investment decisions.
You’ll own both bottom-up and top-down forecasting models, improve accuracy and automation, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. The role also involves leading and developing a high-performing global team, while working closely with data science and engineering teams to enhance predictive modelling capabilities.
We’re looking for someone with 10+ years’ experience in forecasting, FP&A, or commercial finance within a digital or consumer-led environment, with a proven track record of leading forecasting functions at scale. Experience working with advanced analytics or machine learning models, strong stakeholder management skills, and exposure to global, matrixed organisations are key. Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan is beneficial.
