Our flagship portfolio, Lubricant Expo, runs in Europe, North America and the Middle East and connects global manufacturers, suppliers and technology leaders across the lubricants industry supply chain and end‑user buyers from multiple sectors.

The Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive dedicated to Lubricant Expo North America.
This is a high‑activity outbound sales role focused on building relationships with manufacturers across the US market. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and play a direct part in the commercial growth of an international exhibition brand.
You will receive training and daily support from a team of highly experienced exhibition sales professionals, but success in this role comes from personal drive, resilience and competitiveness.
Working hours
Standard hours are 11:00am – 7:30pm to align with US time zones.
During key campaign periods, additional later shifts may be required.
What You’ll Be Doing
New Business Sales
* Proactively contact US‑based and international manufacturers and suppliers
* Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to senior decision‑makers
* Deliver confident, structured sales pitches over phone, video, email, social media and face‑to‑face
* Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms
* Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
* Track all activity in Salesforce CRM
* Maintain accurate forecasts and follow‑ups
Relationship Development
* Act as a consultant to help companies understand ROI from exhibiting
* Build long‑term client relationships and repeat bookings
Industry Engagement & Travel
* Attend industry exhibitions and meetings (primarily USA travel)
* Represent the business professionally at international events
* Network and close deals face‑to‑face
What We’re Looking For
* B2B sales experience (media, recruitment, exhibitions, advertising, SaaS or similar)
* Confident telephone manner and strong cold‑calling ability
* Commercial mindset and target‑driven personality
* Strong organisation and follow‑up discipline
* Comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers
* Ability to work US‑aligned hours (11am–7:30pm)
* Ability to travel to the United States
