Salary
£70,000 – £80,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the structural team
* Deal with clients and perform hands‑on design
* Take responsibility for projects, budgets and delivery on time
* Lead business development and secure winning work
* Oversee financial responsibility for the team and support team growth and development
Qualifications
* Chartered MICE or MIStructE
* Extensive experience in a similar lead role (essential)
