Our Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with all operational and commercial activities in your store. You will provide clear leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
* Maximize contribution by helping to achieve sales targets and controlling costs.
* Assist the Store Manager in managing store expenses without compromising store objectives.
* Assist in training, developing, and motivating staff to achieve high levels of customer service and performance.
* Manage the customer experience as part of the TWC multi-channel strategy.
