My client is a large organisation looking for a HR Assistant to support multiple functions based in Lichfield.
Job Description
3. Supporting the HR department in collating hours for payroll and looking at discrepancies
4. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
5. Maintaining employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
6. Providing support on HR-related queries
7. Assisting with the administration of employee benefits
8. Participating in HR projects and initiatives
9. Ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures
10. Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Experience working as a HR Assistant
12. Strong excel skills
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
15. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
16. Has supported with collating hours for payroll team before
17. Can commute to Lichfield
