An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Specialist Practitioner District /Senior Community Nurse to work within the Peterhead Community Nursing Team. The Peterhead Community Nursing Team is committed to delivering high quality nursing care to the local communities as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for planning, coordinating and delivering safe and effective person-centred care.
* Evidence excellent clinical leadership and change management skills. It is essential to demonstrate high quality communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to inspire, empower and motivate the team.
* Be a car owner/driver or have access to a car.
Qualifications
* Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification or Integrated Community Nursing Diploma
* Ideally V300 Nurse Qualification or willing to work towards this
