Full‑time Assessor
Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full‑time Assessor to join our Advice Team. The role will be split between taking calls on our advice line—where you will complete an assessment with the client and book them in for an advice appointment—and holding your own advice appointment with clients.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include completing assessments via the advice line, booking appointments, and providing in‑person advice sessions to clients.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to complete tasks to the highest quality
* Ability to monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
* Experience working in a public‑facing role
* Full training and support will be provided to enable you to carry out the role
