Role Description: You’ll lead a team delivering high quality maintenance activities, ensuring workmanship, safety and reporting standards are consistently met. Using SAP, you’ll coordinate workloads, monitor KPIs and manage equipment failure data to produce clear breakdown reports. You’ll also oversee the procurement of parts and materials, contribute to daily production meetings and create or review maintenance instructions and risk assessments. This role includes full people management responsibilities supporting your team to perform at their best.
