How you'll make an impact As Management Accountant you will play a pivotal role in the Finance team, fully supporting the Financial Controller in preparing month end figures and developing the company's financial reporting. Line Manage an Assistant Management Accountant and an Assistant Accountant Take ownership for the preparation of monthly management accounts Play a lead role in financial accounting Business partnering with other internal departments to ensure financial understanding of key cost drivers Design, development and production of regular KPI reports Preparation of business forecasts and projections Supporting the Financial Controller Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting commentary Preparation and analysis of P&L to establish cost centre performance Preparation and posting of monthly management accounts journals Devise, report and analyse P&L KPIs Reconciliation and analysis of stock Review of bank reconciliations, aged debtors and creditors ledgers Maintaining the FAR including posting of depreciation Reconciliation of other debtors and creditors Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns Liaison with year-end auditors Preparation of quarterly and annual budgets/projections Cash flow analysis, including cash flow forecasting.
