Qualifications & Skills Required for Lead Mechanical Design Engineer Role:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications & skills:
1. Qualification: A BEng or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
2. Skillset: Proficiency with 3D CAD design software such as SolidWorks or Inventor; experience leading cross-functional project teams; excellent communication skills both verbal and written
