Job Description
3. Primary focus will be centred around the development of the overall business model:
4. Evaluation & project management of organic growth opportunities
5. Financial appraisal and business case development
6. KPI Coordination - Commercial & Financial
7. Identification of new ideas & Project pipeline management
8. Support inorganic growth appraisal
9. Review of potential Disruptor/start-up investments with Ventures team
10. Technological & market research
11. General project management, financial modelling/appraisal & business case development:
12. Strategic/Growth opportunities - new sites, increased capacity
13. Large Maintenance Capex - Investments to protect existing operations
14. Working with the Development team to evaluate and secure new sites, acquisitions & new ways of working
15. Sustainability/Decarbonisation of our operations project appraisal
16. Capex project pipeline tracking - Keeping our database up-to-date with the latest information & developments
17. Support coordination of commercial projects & initiatives
18. The role is primarily UK focused, but may be some requirement to help coordinate/support tasks & projects across the wider West Europe business (UK, France & Spain)

The Successful Applicant
20. A talented and highly motivated Analyst to fill an exciting brand new role within the UK Business Development team, reporting to the UK Business Development Manager. Supporting the strategic development & growth of the UK organisation, working alongside all functional areas to prepare and evaluate investment opportunities.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS DESIRED:
21. Education - University Degree
22. Min 2-3 Years experience
23. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel, Powerpoint, PBI & experience using Smartsheets helpful (but not essential)
24. Numerical/Analytical mind
25. Team player & strong communicator
26. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks & network with wide cross section of people
27. Proactive, positive & determined attitude
28. Clean driving licence
Willingness to travel across UK as required
