ROLE: Receptionist

LOCATION: Wath

SALARY: Competitive and based on experience

HOURS: 09:00-17:15, Monday- Friday

What does a Legal Receptionist look like at Sills & Betteridge?

As a Receptionist at our Wath office, you'll be the first point of contact for clients—offering a warm, professional welcome and setting the tone for their experience with us. You'll support the smooth running of the front of house, handling calls, appointments, and general enquiries with confidence and care.

As a Legal Receptionist at Sills & Betteridge Solicitors LLP, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a warm, professional environment.

* Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Manage incoming phone calls for all branch offices
* Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
* Coordinate meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Provide general administrative support to the team
