We are looking for a skilled Plastererto join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties with occasional tenanted work when required.
Whats on offer for the Plasterer:
* £23 per hour
* Temporary to permanent opportunity
* 40 hours per week
* Working hours of 8:00am 4:30pm
* Local work across Nuneaton and Bedworth
* Immediate interview availability with quick start (within 2 weeks)
Day to day duties will include:
* Working within void properties
* Preparing surfaces ready for Plaster
* Plastering walls and ceilings
* Repairing cracked or damaged plaster
* Patching repairs
* Ensuring a smooth finish ready for decoration
* Working on one/ two properties per day (limited travel)
