An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client, who is seeking an experienced Investigator on a fixed-term basis. Working within a small specialist team, you will play a key role in managing workplace investigations, providing employee relations support, and advising the HR department.
Contract: 9-12 month FTC
Location: Cambridge
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH)
Key Requirements
* HR background (Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level preferred)
* Strong Employee Relations and investigation experience
* Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance
* Excellent written communication skills
* Resilient, objective, and confident influencing senior stakeholders
Skills & Attributes
* Resilient and emotionally mature approach
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent written English; high attention to detail required
* Able to remain objective and composed in challenging situations
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
