Overview: We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Apprentice to join our growing team. You will join a friendly, professional and competent IT support team, providing expert IT solutions to customers across the UK.
You will be responsible for delivering 2nd Line Support as part of the service desk, taking responsibility for escalations from the 1st Line support team, and ensuring quality service to customers. 1. Provide 1st Line support via telephone and email
2. Microsoft desktop and server support
3. Basic networking tasks such as IP troubleshooting, DNS and remote printing support

5. Basic troubleshooting of firewall and routing issues
