Site Lead, Reading
ROC Technologies is seeking a highly capable Site Lead to oversee the successful delivery of a major campus-based infrastructure portfolio. This senior role combines strategic oversight, project leadership, and operational execution to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.
You will be accountable for full project lifecycle management across a diverse portfolio, supporting team development, driving commercial outcomes, and delivering high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide senior leadership and oversight across a large-scale client account, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
2. Maintain full financial accountability for P&L performance, backlog, and WIP reporting.
3. Deliver margin targets and ensure commercial viability of the portfolio.
4. Oversee project design, delivery, and support activities within a framework contract structure.
5. Enforce consistent delivery methodologies, quality standards, and operational processes.
6. Lead and support a multidisciplinary delivery team including project managers and engineers.
