A welcoming primary school in Oxford is recruiting a highly motivated Year 3 Teacher to join the Key Stage 2 team from January 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will plan and deliver coherent, knowledge-rich sequences that build pupils’ fluency in reading, writing and mathematics. This Year 3 Teacher will work with experienced colleagues to moderate standards, lead small-group support and contribute to whole-school curriculum development. Work closely with TAs to scaffold learning and support diverse needs across Year 3. Communicate progress and next steps clearly to families and contribute to reporting. Participate in moderation, curriculum planning and whole-school improvement activity in Oxford. Person specification Qualified teacher with recent, successful Year 3 or KS2 experience. Strong subject knowledge in English and maths and evidence of impact in Year 3. Excellent classroom practice, organisational skills and a reflective approach. Committed to collaborative working and to the school community in Oxford. Available to start January 2026 and to attend induction before January 2026.
