Søstrene Grene is looking for you as an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in our wonderful store in Basingstoke!
This is an exciting and varied job in a beautiful ambience and dynamic environment.
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the store and supporting the Store Manager in the overall commercial success of the store. You will set a high example for your team and be pivotal in creating a great team spirit in store.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store
* Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store
* Ensuring the Søstrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop floor standards
* Keeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store
* Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets
* Creating and maintaining a great team spirit in store
* Stock room management and processing deliveries
* Training new and existing staff members
* Assuming full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent
