Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our small but growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, turning initial conversations into real opportunities. It’s not just about making calls – it’s about building genuine relationships, understanding people’s needs, and showing them how Rooost can make their lives easier. Responsibilities
* Respond quickly to inbound leads
* Generate and nurture new business opportunities
* Convert qualified leads into clients
* Keep your pipeline well-managed and up to date
* Research and prospect potential customers
* Track engagement and progress across prospects and companies
What Success Looks Like
* Hitting and tracking daily outreach targets (calls, emails, contacts)
* Booking qualified meetings each month
* Keeping CRM and pipeline reporting clean and accurate
What We’re Looking For
* Someone driven, personable, and friendly
* Excellent at building rapport and communicating with others
* Persistent and resilient when faced with challenges
* Self-sufficient, organised, and great at managing time
* Efficient at outreach and follow-up
* Experience in sales or prospecting is a bonus, but the right attitude is even more important
Location & Working Style
* Hybrid role: 2–3 days in the office each week, plus additional set days per quarter • Based in the UK
