Summary Are you looking for an opportunity in healthcare with onsite training and development, to set you up for success? Pay Rates: From £12.21 (weekdays) and £12:30 (weekends) for candidates without any care experience and £12.74 (weekdays) and £12.97 (weekends) for candidates with relevant experience Shift Patterns: 12 hours and normally 8:00-20:00 or 20.00-08.00 with 3 days on, one week and 4 days on the next Why might this job interest you? There will be support with completion of the Physical Health competency framework for Mental Health and Dementia settings workbook and level 2/3 diplomas. All training is delivered onsite by our learning and development team. Main Responsibilities Under the supervision of registered nurses to deliver a high standard of inpatient care in partnership with the wider clinical team, the service users and their family members/carers. To support the named nurse/primary nurse in the assessment of needs for a group of patients and deliver their care under supervision. To work within a team of nurses and other professionals who are committed to the delivery of a quality service. To adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period. To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, assisting in the formulating of care plans and utilising skills to inform patient assessments and evaluations. To contribute to the information recorded on the patient information system by reporting to nursing staff on patient's presentations throughout the shift. Ideal Candidate What's next?
