Senior Building Surveyor – Glasgow, travel across the city. Salary £53,000 - £62,000 + yearly salary increases + pension + package + hybrid + great training opportunities + progression.

Responsibilities
* Managing the Projects Team within the Technical Services team
* Overseeing and managing projects
* Based in their office in Glasgow, with sites across the city
* Divide your time between the office, site, and home, taking responsibility for day-to-day management of the project team by holding weekly meetings to ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes
* Manage projects independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team, assessing properties and reviewing their condition before preparing a scope of works for the premises
* Work closely with in-house teams such as property managers and designers to ensure clear and effective designs are developed, and for more complex projects collaborate with external consultants to issue tenders that align with required specifications
The Person
* Senior Building Surveyor
* Strong contract administration and project management experience
* Professional member of a construction governing body
* Commutable distance to their office in Glasgow
* Any procurement experience within the public sector will be highly beneficial
