WHO YOU ARE
Qogita.com is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to convert signups into paying customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process. You will also manage and convert deals and carts assigned to your individual pipeline, while actively cross-selling and upselling Qogita's service offerings to maximize revenue. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to convert existing customers into strategic accounts by showcasing the value of our products and services. Collaboration with your manager and team will be essential for devising strategies to enhance revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and recurring business within your accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Convert signups into paying customers by delivering exceptional service and guidance during the onboarding journey.
Effectively manage and convert deals and carts in your assigned pipeline.
Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to expand sales of Qogita's service offerings and generate additional revenue.
Demonstrate the value of our products and services to existing customers, aiming to elevate them to strategic account status.
Foster and nurture relationships with strategic customers, aiding them in their orders and requirements to increase their quarterly spending with Qogita.
Drive substantial revenue growth from the accounts within your portfolio.
Collaborate with your manager and team to strategize and formulate plans for continued revenue growth, improved margins, heightened customer satisfaction, and increased recurring business within your accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field, with demonstrable success in achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering long-term customer connections.
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively convey how Qogita's products and services can address those needs.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
Willingness to collaborate within a team-driven environment while also being capable of working independently.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
English & French language (native or near-native proficiency).
