Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include:
1. Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, recommending dishes, and accompanying drinks.
2. Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet in both the bar and restaurant areas.
3. Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
4. Paying attention to detail to serve the customer with the correct order every time and paying particular attention to allergens.
5. Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.
Established in 1863, Hydes Brewery is based in Manchester and has expanded to include a portfolio of nearly 50 restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels. It continues to grow while still retaining its family feel. We have pubs across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and throughout Cheshire including Chester and Wrexham, and some in the Wirral, near Liverpool.
