Working Hours:Monday - FridayHRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our client's sewing department at their clothes and equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Producing a variety of fabric products from samples or drawings
Working individually or alongside a team depending on the size and complexity of orders.
Producing great quality, accurate work.
Proactively raising potential improvements within the businessRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an industrial sewer or in a similar sewing role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.Benefits
