The Role
As a General Science Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across Key Stage 3 and 4
Support students preparing for combined science GCSE qualifications
Use diverse teaching methods tailored to different learning needs
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Contribute to science extracurricular activities and school initiativesPerson Specification / Requirements
To be successful, you will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching General Science in a UK secondary school
Be confident delivering the National Curriculum and combined science GCSE syllabus
Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
Have the legal right to work in the UK
