TRC The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation within the Logistics sector. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering a permanent contract after a successful 12-week probation period. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include: Assisting with Driver Pre-Briefs and De-Briefs, including completing driver documentation Completing and maintaining all company documentation accurately Communicating with Drivers. Key Responsibilities Conduct driver pre-briefs or evening de-briefs as required Carry out any reasonable requests from management Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and site risk assessments Adhere to company standards regarding timekeeping, attendance, performance, and professional behaviour Tipping trailors Collection and Delivery Use of hand scanners What Were Looking For A flexible and proactive approach to work Strong team player with a can-do attitude and commitment to getting things right first time Industry knowledge (desirable) Strong communication and organisational abilities Managerial experience (Advantageous) Working Hours & Pay Hours: 03:00am 11:30am Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent contract after 12 weeks via the agency)
